At Guardiana Foundation, giving is our main goal, and we create opportunities for every giving heart!

Whether you are able to give a dollar amount, or donate goods or services, you decide!

To lighten the burden of an aging adult or a person with a disability, you click to donate and we take care of the rest. How amazing is that?!

Many aging adults and disabled individuals live alone, do not qualify for insurance or government aid, and are in need of a helping hand to remind independent and continue to live with dignity and care or to regain quality of life.
Our 3 Ways to Give model makes donating easy!

1. CHOOSE A LEVEL (This Page)
Choose one or more of the five levels and contribute a set amount. Your contribution to Guardiana Foundation will go toward the purchase of the specific items listed on the level you chose.

You do not have to choose a level, and you can instead choose your own amount to donate. Guardiana Foundation will dispense your donation based on the most urgent need. No contribution is too small! You are making a difference whether you are giving $5 or $5,000.​

2. CHOOSE GOODS & SERVICES
Choose the goods you wish to donate from the provided list in any quantity you wish and schedule a pick up from Guardiana Foundation. Or choose to donate professional services from the provided list, and choose a voucher using the link.

3. CHOOSE TO VOLUNTEER
We need you! Choose to volunteer with us and help us grow our cause and find more resources. Choose how much time you can give per week or the tasks you wish to help us accomplish.
LEVEL 1
DONATION: $100 US dollars
REACH: 10 hygiene kits​
​
This gift provides hygiene kits for aging adults and individuals with disabilities. Each kit includes shampoo, bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush.
LEVEL 2
DONATION: $200 US dollars
REACH: 10 packs of protein or electrolyte drinks.
This gift provides protein and electrolyte drinks for aging adults and individuals with disabilities in need of essential nutrition. Each recipient receives a 12 pack protein and/or electrolytes.
LEVEL 3
DONATION: $300 US dollars
REACH: 10 boxes of adult diapers (12-24 diapers per box)

This gift provides a box of diapers to aging adults and to wheelchair-bound or bed-ridden individuals in need of assistance.
LEVEL 4
DONATION: $400 US dollars
REACH: ADL and IADL Services
​
This gift provides ADLs and IADLs services by a trained staff at an hourly rate. These services may include: bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, laundering, light housekeeping, reminder of medication, shopping, and walking.
These services are contracted under the foundation's supervision.
LEVEL 5
DONATION: $500 US dollars
REACH: Medical & Therapy Services

This gift provides medical and therapy services for aging adults and individuals with disabilities based on need and available resources.
These services are contracted through license professionals outside of the foundation.
Your gift will be combined with other donations to maximize services rendered.
